What to expect

I believe that it is the quality of our relationships that provides the foundation for a meaningful and fulfilling life. I am committed to helping you improve your relationships.

I provide you with a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment where you can take time to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviour, or perhaps reflect on the purpose and meaning in your life, your relationship(s), or your work. My role is not to advise you but to help you reach your own personal and relationship goals.

The way I work is from an Integrative perspective combining various approaches depending on the nature of the issues you wish to explore, the goals you hope to achieve and the time we agree to spend working together.

During the first session we agree a working contract which will clarify: the goals you want to achieve, the timing of the therapy sessions, and the duration of therapy (open ended or time limited). As you, the client, remain in control of the work we do, this agreed contract is always open to being reviewed.

Individual sessions last 50 minutes and are £50. Couples sessions last an hour and are £60.
