We all have times in our lives when we feel stuck, indecisive, confused or abandoned. When the situation is prolonged and we feel powerless to change it we can start to feel anxious or depressed.

It can help at times like these to talk things through with a qualified therapist to help us make sense of our lives and make new choices.

I work with you (and your partner) helping you explore your issues and enabling you to improve your relationships and clarify life goals.

Mediation

When a relationship ends it can be difficult to manage your feelings while you try to do everything necessary to move on.

You might be feeling particularly vulnerable about the children or finances.

In four 90 minute sessions I can help you and your partner come to an agreement on what you both want for parenting arrangements, financial support, and division of your assets in order to minimise the impact of separation on all members of your family especially your children.

As a psychotherapist I can also help you make the difficult transition from partners to separate parents.

I am accredited with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), registered with the United Kingdom Council of Psychotherapists (UKCP), and certified to practice with the UK College of Family Mediators (UK College of Family Mediators).
